I trust you and your team have given up on typewriters and fax machines. (Half of your team probably doesn’t even know what they were.)
And my guess is you have discontinued using “Help Wanted” employment ads in the local newspaper as your primary recruiting tool too.
So, when will you abandon the ineffective hiring process or onboarding process or other HR system that is not giving you the results you both want and need? Not if, but when?
