They are both tracks. You may be able to go a little faster or slower, but you’re on a predictable path. As Joe Colavito’s son lamented, “I thought this was going to be a real race car.”

“And that’s what the millennials are saying,” Colavito told his Atlanta DisruptHR audience. “That’s what your colleagues are saying. That’s what everybody is saying.”

Why? Because we don’t have the right view of work.
