Google “managing millennials” and you get millions of results. Google “millennial managers” and fewer than 10,000 results show up.
As James Lundquist, director of talent development at PRADCO, told a Cleveland DisruptHR audience, “There’s a lot of people out there talking about how to manage millennials, but nobody seems to be talking about what millennials can do to manage an older generation.”
