How Millennials Can Manage An Aging Workforce

Google “managing millennials” and you get millions of results. Google “millennial managers” and fewer than 10,000 results show up.

As James Lundquist, director of talent development at PRADCO, told a Cleveland DisruptHR audience, “There’s a lot of people out there talking about how to manage millennials, but nobody seems to be talking about what millennials can do to manage an older generation.”

So that’s just the topic he picked for his Disrupt talk. Lundquist packed his 5 minutes with advice for millennial managers covering a range of issues from communication styles to workplace flexibility,  recognition and respect.
