Prior to joining Littler, Betsy served as a career law clerk to the Hon. Marvin E. Aspen in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. In that role, she researched and drafted judicial opinions on a wide variety of issues, including many cases involving alleged violations of state and federal employment laws.
